Hard refresh

A hard refresh clears your browser cache for a specific page, which forces it to load the most recent version of that page, including new scripts, styles, or features.

There are operating system- and browser-specific ways to hard refresh:

• Hold down the Shift key and click on the browser's refresh icon (should work across all browsers and operating systems)
• Windows: Ctrl + F5
• Macs: Cmd + Shift + R
